• Return or exchange can be requested within 3 days from the date of order receipt.

• The incense burner must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

• Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for return.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect:

• We bear all shipping costs if the product has a manufacturing defect.

• The product will be inspected upon receipt and the issue confirmed before refunding or sending a replacement.

Shipping Fees:

• The customer bears the shipping costs if they wish to return or exchange without a defect in the product.

Return Procedure:
